Teresa Gubbins

Teresa is our lead donor team nurse and sonographer at our Bournemouth satellite clinic.

Qualified as a Registered Nurse and Midwife at Winchester and Southampton University Hospital.

Teresa's career has spanned over 30 years specialising in women’s health since 1995, when she started work in the Gynaecology surgical wards at the Princess Anne Hospital in Southampton.   

She completed her midwifery training and worked in all areas of midwifery at the Princess Anne Hospital for 5 years rotating between high-dependency antenatal, labour care and postnatal wards.

Following this, she moved to the Early Pregnancy Unit at Princess Anne Hospital for 10 years as a Nursing sister specialising in early pregnancy complications.

In 2012, her quest for personal development led her to an opening at Complete Fertility as a specialist Nurse and her career in Fertility Nursing began.

Teresa has worked in the Complete Fertility unit since 2012 with a short break to complete fertility Research in 2018.

Teresa has a specialist interest in Egg/Embryo recipient treatment and has the pleasure of planning cycles for Egg donors, Egg Sharers and recipients.
