
Changes to Complete Fertility’s Consent Portal
We have upgraded our consent portal to make your fertility journey easier. This means that the next time you login, your portal will look slightly different.
As part of this upgrade, you will also be able to send documents directly to clinic staff via your portal.
You will also be able to submit any queries that you may have about your fertility journey including:
• Embryology and storage renewal
• In-cycle fertility treatment
• Payments for your care
• Booking a treatment or scan
• Booking any other appointments
• Other administrative queries
